The NCBA CLE Department is hosting free weekly webinars on a range of COVID-19 related legal topics.

Webinars are open to all legal professionals and will include a live Q&A session with panelists. Note these webinars are not approved for CLE credit.
 

WHAT: Join representatives Janet Cho, Joy Heath, Anderson Shackelford, Kenneth Shevlin, Carrie Stanton and Tyson Leonhardt as they discuss COVID-19 related legal topics with a focus on risk allocation, loan considerations, Stark Law waivers, electronic signatures and force majeure clauses.
