Williams Mullen Represents Village Bank and Trust Financial Corp. in Merger with TowneBank
The Williams Mullen team consisting of Ben McCall, Scott Richter, Lee Lester, Nona Massengill, Allison Carlon, Conrad Garcia, Anna Derewenda and Philip Delano represented Village Bank and Trust Financial Corp. and its subsidiary Village Bank in their merger with TowneBank.
The all-cash $120.4 million transaction closed April 1, 2025, with Village Bank enhancing TowneBank’s growing presence in the greater Richmond, Virginia market.
