Grayson Orsini Honored as 2026 CoVaBiz NEXTgen Award Recipient

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Grayson T. Orsini has been named a 2026 CoVaBiz NEXTgen honoree. Orsini is a senior associate in the Finance & Real Estate Section and is based in the Virginia Beach office.

Orsini advises clients on commercial real estate matters, helping developers, lenders, landlords and property owners navigate complex transactions that support development and investment across Hampton Roads. His work spans traditional real estate transactions as well as emerging areas such as affordable housing and renewable energy.

Orsini is active in community initiatives throughout Hampton Roads. He has served as Leadership Development Committee chair for the Downtown Norfolk Council's Downtown 100 program and is also involved with YIMBY Hampton Roads, where he supports efforts related to housing affordability, sustainable development and regional growth. In addition, he serves on Williams Mullen’s Community Giving Award Committee.
