Grayson Orsini Named to Inside Business’ Top Forty Under 40

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Grayson T. Orsini, a senior associate in the Finance & Real Estate Section, has been named to Inside Business’ 2026 Top Forty Under 40 list. The annual list recognizes young professionals who have built successful careers and are actively involved in the Hampton Roads community.

Based in the firm’s Virginia Beach office, Orsini represents developers, lenders, landlords and property owners in commercial real estate matters, helping clients navigate complex transactions involving property development and investment throughout Hampton Roads. His work includes traditional real estate transactions as well as matters involving affordable housing and renewable energy.

Beyond his legal practice, Orsini is involved in initiatives that support the growth and development of Hampton Roads. He serves as chair of the Leadership Development Committee for the Downtown Norfolk Council’s Downtown 100 program and participates in YIMBY Hampton Roads, which advocates for housing affordability and sustainable regional development.
