Health Care Attorney Isabel Longstaff Joins Williams Mullen in Richmond

Williams Mullen is pleased to welcome Isabel C. Longstaff to the firm’s Health Care Section. She joins the Richmond office as an associate.

Longstaff assists health care clients, including hospital systems, physicians, and physician practice groups on a range of regulatory and transactional matters. She provides guidance on transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic affiliations. Longstaff also advises on regulatory matters relating to applicable health care fraud and abuse laws, including the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute, the False Claims Act and the Civil Monetary Penalties Law.

She earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond School of Law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Clemson University.
