Kyle Wingfield Named to 2025 Class of “Leaders in the Law” by Virginia Lawyers Weekly
Kyle H. Wingfield, partner in Williams Mullen’s Tax Section, has been named to the 2025 class of “Leaders in the Law” by Virginia Lawyers Weekly. Wingfield joins 28 other Virginia lawyers being honored in this year’s class.
Wingfield represents clients on complex transactional matters, planning opportunities and tax controversies, involving income taxes, sales and use taxes, and business license and personal property taxes. He advises clients in federal and state tax audits, administrative hearings and litigation. Wingfield also advises non-profits in the areas of formation, mergers and dissolution.
Wingfield is the chair of the Virginia Bar Association’s Tax Section. He is a member of the ABA State and Local Tax (SALT) Executive Committee and regularly listed among the "Legal Elite" from Virginia Business and The Best Lawyers in America® for Tax Law.
