Williams Mullen Expands Charlottesville Real Estate Capabilities with Scott Raney

Williams Mullen is pleased to welcome Scott M. Raney as a partner in its Charlottesville office. Raney joins the firm's Financial Services & Real Estate Section. His arrival brings additional depth to the firm’s commercial real estate practice and further bolsters the firm’s growing Charlottesville presence. 

Raney represents investors, developers and corporate clients in a broad range of commercial real estate matters. He advises clients on real estate acquisitions and sales, development and financing, guiding them through complex transactions involving industrial, office, retail, multifamily and mixed-use properties. 

He received both his Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law, cum laude, from Louisiana State University School of Law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Hampden-Sydney College.
