Williams Mullen Represents Miller Oil in Acquisition of E.T. Lawson & Son
A corporate deal team led by partner Tom Frantz, with associate Pat Tomlinson, represented Miller Oil in its acquisition of the business of E.T. Lawson & Son, a full-service home comfort provider operating throughout Hampton Roads.
Advice was also provided on financing and real estate matters by Cart Reilly, labor and employment matters by George Koliopoulos, and tax and employee benefits matters by Conrad Garcia and Brydon DeWitt. Williams Mullen has served as legal counsel to Miller Oil on a variety of matters from 1987 to present and we couldn’t be more thrilled for the Miller Oil team.
