Williams Mullen Represents Sheehy in Purchase of Bill Kidd’s Toyota and Volvo
Sheehy Auto Stores, the largest privately owned auto group in the Mid-Atlantic, has announced the purchase of Bill Kidd’s Volvo Cars Hunt Valley and Bill Kidd’s Toyota Timonium in Maryland. Williams Mullen represented Sheehy in the transaction with a corporate deal team based out of the firm’s Tyson’s office led by Cari Lyn B. Pierce. Advice was provided on financing by Andrea Harlow; on real estate matters by Sean Hicks and Melanie Ramsey; and on environmental matters by Jessica King.
