Williams Mullen Represents Sheehy in Purchase of Chantilly Hyundai Genesis
Sheehy Auto Stores has announced the acquisition of Hyundai of Chantilly and Genesis of Chantilly, strengthening Sheehy’s position as the leading auto group in the Mid-Atlantic. Williams Mullen represented Sheehy in the transaction with a corporate deal team based out of the firm’s Tyson’s office led by Cari Lyn B. Pierce. Advice was provided on complex financing by Andrea Harlow; and on real estate by Sean Hicks and Melanie Ramsey.
