Williams Mullen Represents Touchstone Bankshares, Inc. in Merger with First National Corporation
The Williams Mullen team led by Ben McCall, Scott Richter, Lee Lester, along with Nona Massengill, Allison Carlon, Conrad Garcia, Anna Derewenda and Philip Delano, represented Touchstone Bankshares, Inc., the parent company of Touchstone Bank, in its merger with First National Corporation, the parent company and bank holding company of First Bank, in an all-stock transaction valued at $46.8 million.
The transaction closed October 1, 2024, and First Bank became the ninth-largest Virginia community bank ranked by deposits.
