Brendan O'Toole Named to Benchmark Litigation's 2019 40 & Under Hot List

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Brendan O'Toole has been named to Benchmark Litigation's 40 & Under Hot List. This is his second straight year on the annual list, which recognizes attorneys who "are among the top young talent in their respective litigation communities in the U.S. & Canada."

Brendan focuses on complex federal and state commercial litigation, with an emphasis on financial services, residential development and construction, and mortgage disputes, along with the defense of business tort and class action claims.
