Firm Represents E-Commerce Platform in Sale to Public Company
Williams Mullen represented Retail Store Networks, Inc. (d/b/a WholesalePet.com), a profitable B2B e-commerce platform in its sale to EMERGE Commerce Ltd., a Canadian public company and acquirer and operator of niche e-commerce brands throughout North America.
Rick Palmieri led the deal team with support from Anna Derewenda, Brydon DeWitt, Larry Parker, Kevin Pomfret and Amanda Weaver.
