Dylan J. Gillis

Dylan Gillis focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and restructuring, corporate governance, and project development and finance. 

Dylan works with companies across industries on the transactions and corporate matters that define key stages of their business, from structuring and reorganizing enterprises and navigating governance matters, to executing complex transactions and developing and financing major projects. He has developed meaningful experience representing a broad range of clients, from emerging companies to large enterprises, working closely with deal teams and client stakeholders on acquisitions and divestitures, corporate reorganizations, board and governance matters, and project development and finance transactions. Dylan is committed to providing practical, business-minded counsel and bringing a thorough, solutions-oriented approach to every matter, helping clients and their teams navigate complex transactions and organizational challenges with clarity and confidence.

Dylan earned his Juris Doctor degree and Master of Energy Regulation and Law degree from Vermont Law School, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stonehill College.
