In addition to corporate advice related to acquisitions, he is regularly called upon to assist with restructurings, refinancings and dispositions.

Randal has experience with a wide range of transaction structures, including asset acquisitions and dispositions, membership interest purchases, joint ventures, capital raises and other business transactions. He regularly assists private equity funds, joint ventures, REITs, private corporate owners, operating companies and other institutional investors in connection with the acquisition, sale and financing of skilled nursing, assisted living and independent living facilities, both on an individual property and a portfolio basis.

Randal also has significant experience with respect to various finance transactions related to both senior housing assets and other asset classes. In those transactions, he has acted as counsel to both borrowers and lenders. His experience includes asset-based and revolving-credit facilities, as well as real estate debt financings on both an individual property and a portfolio basis. He has a substantial track record in negotiating and closing mortgage, acquisition, bridge, mezzanine and term loans secured by retail properties, office buildings, multifamily properties and senior housing facilities.
