Randal Greene focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, entity formation, capital raises, and other general corporate matters. He assists both public and private companies in a variety of industries in navigating every step of a transaction, whether on the buy-side or the sell-side, with an emphasis on the senior housing industry.

He assists both public and private companies in a variety of industries in navigating every step of a transaction, whether on the buy-side or the sell-side, with an emphasis on the senior housing industry.

Before joining Williams Mullen, Randal worked at a national health care law firm, where he developed significant experience assisting health care providers in mergers and acquisitions, including drafting transaction documents, due diligence, closing coordination, and related antitrust issues. He also assisted health care providers with corporate governance and general business and corporate matters including entity structuring and formation and negotiating and drafting various business contracts.

He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law, and he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wofford College.
