Thomas "Tyler" Moses
Tyler Moses is a tax attorney who advises publicly traded companies, privately held businesses, nonprofit organizations, and individuals on federal, state, and local tax matters. He has experience supporting a wide range of tax issues, including planning and structuring business transactions, entity formation, and navigating complex regulatory requirements.
Tyler has counseled clients on a broad range of tax, corporate and estate planning matters, including assisting with mergers and acquisitions and advising clients on federal and state tax controversy procedures.
He earned his Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as an articles editor of the Georgetown Journal of International Law. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, where he was admitted to the Order of Barristers, received the Virginia Bar Association Tax Award, and served as executive editor of the University of Richmond Public Interest Law Review. Tyler earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia.
