William J. Halliday
Will Halliday advises companies through all stages of their growth, from initial incorporation to exit transaction. He has a particular focus on guiding business owners, executives and companies through high-stakes, strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and capital raises. He has advised public and private companies across the technology, financial services and government contracting industries.
Will earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as a co-founder of Rivanna Investments and was on the editorial board of the Virginia Environmental Law Journal, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia, where he was an Echols Scholar and graduated as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Prior to law school, Will worked in Citigroup's Corporate & Investment Bank in New York City, where he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and syndicated loan financings.
