Tax Attorney Tyler Moses Joins Williams Mullen in Richmond

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Thomas “Tyler” Moses has joined the firm’s Richmond office as an associate in its Tax Section.

Moses advises publicly traded companies, privately held businesses, nonprofit organizations and individuals on federal, state and local tax matters. He has experience supporting a wide range of tax issues, including planning and structuring business transactions, entity formation and navigating complex regulatory requirements. 

Moses has counseled clients on tax, corporate and estate planning matters, including assisting with mergers and acquisitions and advising clients on federal and state tax controversy procedures.

He earned a Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia.
