Williams Mullen offered legal counsel to Pri Mar Petroleum regarding the recent split in its operations, resulting in two distinct parts of Pri Mar Petroleum for sale. Its marketing and convenience retail business, which included gas stations and convenience stores, was sold to Blarney Castle Oil Co. Its fuel business, including the fuels and lubricants division, was sold to Merle Boes.
