Williams Mullen Represents Starr Hill Brewery in a Deal to Combine it with Hardywood Park Craft Brewery
The Williams Mullen team represented Starr Hill Brewery in its joining with Hardywood Park Craft Brewery, bringing together two of Virginia’s largest craft breweries.
The all-equity transaction closed Oct. 1, 2026, with Starr Hill retaining its name, beers, branding and six taproom locations throughout Virginia. The acquisition combines the breweries’ operations while preserving their distinct identities and expanding their reach across the state.
