Williams Mullen Represents Tidewater Convenience in Sale

A deal team led by Otto Konrad represented Tidewater Convenience, Inc. in the sale of its business to Global Partners, LP, one of the Northeast and mid-Atlantic’s largest independent owners, suppliers, and operators of gasoline stations and convenience stores.

The acquisition includes 15 locations (14 company-operated) in Southeast Virginia.
