Williams Mullen Welcomes Two Attorneys in Richmond

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Richard Clagett and Courtney Reigel have joined the firm. Reigel joins the Intellectual Property Section, and Clagett joins the Senior Housing Transactions Team. Both attorneys are located in the firm’s Richmond office.

Clagett advises public and private companies, with a particular focus on the senior housing industry. He regularly assists investors, owners and operators with skilled nursing, assisted living, continuing care retirement community and independent living transactions. Clagett earned his Juris Doctor degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Reigel helps businesses with legal issues involving trademarks and other intellectual property, licensing, domain names, privacy and data protection. She has experience managing national and international trademark and copyright portfolios. Reigel received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alabama, cum laude.
