She advises on privacy compliance, data governance, internal procedures, vendor privacy addenda, and emerging regulatory obligations, helping clients build defensible, business-aligned privacy programs.

IP Litigation Support
Courtney partners with litigation teams to develop strategy, evaluate risk, and support disputes involving trademarks, copyrights, technology, and online infringement.
