Williams Mullen Represents Achieve One in its Sale to Presidio
Achieve One, a systems integrator and cloud solutions provider based in Virginia, has announced the sale of the company to Presidio, a global technology services and solutions provider.
Williams Mullen represented Achieve One in the transaction with a corporate deal team based out of the firm’s Virginia Beach office consisting of Ben Crumpler, Pat Tomlinson, Nick Vretakis and Emily Baker. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Jenny Connors; on employee benefits and compensation matters by Nona Massengill and Brydon DeWitt; on finance and real estate matters by Elizabeth Chapman and Kayla Masteller; on labor and employment matters by Amanda Weaver; on intellectual property and data privacy and security matters by Courtney Reigel and Anika Rogers; and on government contracts matters by Tony Anikeeff.
