Anika Rogers advises clients on intellectual property (IP) matters impacting brand development and protection. Leaning on her prior brand-marketing experience, she helps companies, creators, influencers, and entrepreneurs protect and grow their brands while minimizing legal risk in day-to-day operations. Drafting and negotiating licensing, commercialization, and technology-related agreements, and advising on IP considerations in M&A, asset transfers, and business transactions.

She earned her J.D., with an Intellectual Property Certificate (with distinction), from the University of Richmond School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Virginia.
