Bennett Eastham focuses his practice on insolvency law and financial restructuring. Bennett represents lenders in commercial litigation, out-of-court workouts, and commercial reorganizations. In addition to lenders, Bennett represents a variety of different creditors in bankruptcy litigation matters, including commercial and retail landlords and venders, under chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code.

In addition to lenders, Bennett represents a variety of different creditors in bankruptcy litigation matters, including commercial and retail landlords and venders, under chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Bennett has experience trying commercial collection cases, handling appeals, and enforcing judgments in state court. He also has experience obtaining relief from the automatic stay, objecting to disclosure statements and plans, challenging the dischargeability of debts, and handling various other issues in bankruptcy court.
Bennett earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Washington & Lee University. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Virginia Tech.
