Brian Gibbs focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters, involving products liability defense, business disputes, financial services and environmental litigation, as well as appellate issues.   

Brian Gibbs focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters, involving products liability defense, business disputes, financial services and environmental litigation, as well as appellate issues.

Before joining Williams Mullen, Brian served as a law clerk to The Honorable Blake A. Hewitt at the South Carolina Court of Appeals.

Brian earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina, where he received the CALI Award for Advanced Legal Writing. He was also the senior articles editor for the University of South Carolina School of Law’s Journal of Law and Education and a member of the Konduros Leadership Development Program. Brian earned his Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Clemson University.
