Felix S. Swierski, IV

Felix Swierski focuses his practice on trust and estate administration and developing complex wealth transfer planning strategies including estate and gift tax planning, charitable giving and family business succession planning. 

Felix assists clients with the drafting of wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts and other corporate/tax related documents. He also counsels tax-exempt entities such as public charities and private foundations on corporate governance matters and tax compliance requirements.

Felix earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Georgetown University Law Center and his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
