William D. Reach
Will Reach centers his practice on general corporate matters, including company governance, entity creation, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. He advises business owners, drafts contracts, forms companies, and helps clients buy and sell established businesses with his corporate colleagues. Will also helps companies navigate state and federal procurement regulations and obtain Small, Women-owned, and Minority-owned Business (SWaM) certification in Virginia.
Prior to working at the firm, Will served as an officer in the Army for six years. His military experience includes two combat deployments to Afghanistan and the Middle East, as well as service in the 101st Airborne Division, 5th Special Forces Group, and 1st Cavalry Division.
Will earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the College of William & Mary Law School, where he served as the article editor for the William and Mary Bill of Rights Journal, and he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Duke University.
