Williams Mullen Advising Miners Exchange Bank in Sale to Client First Holdings, LLC
The team of Ben McCall, Scott Richter, Lee Lester and Garrett Allen (corporate), Nona Massengill and Brydon DeWitt (employee benefits), and Conrad Garcia, Anna Derewenda and Joseph Kleiner (tax), is advising Miners Exchange Bank in its pending sale to Client First Holdings, LLC in an all-cash transaction.
The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026 following shareholder and regulatory approvals.
