Williams Mullen Represents McNulty and Associates, Inc. in Repurchase of Professional Services Business from Citrin Cooperman
McNulty and Associates, Inc. (McNulty) has announced the repurchase of its Price-to-Win and Competitive Analysis and Assessments professional services business from Citrin Cooperman.
Williams Mullen represented McNulty in the transaction with a corporate deal team based out of the firm’s Virginia Beach office led by John Paris, Pat Tomlinson and Nick Vretakis. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Anna Derewenda and Philip Delano; on employee benefits and compensation matters by Allison Carlon; on labor and employment matters by Amanda Weaver; and on intellectual property matters by Courtney Reigel.
