Firm Represents Montana-Based Convenience Store Operator in Sale
A Williams Mullen team led by Otto Konrad represented Story Distributing Company, a Bozeman, Montana-based wholesaler and retailer of petroleum fuel products with roots that reach back to 1905, in their sale to Parkland, one of North America and the Caribbean’s fastest growing independent suppliers and marketers of fuel and petroleum products and a leading convenience store operator. Supporting Otto on this transaction included Jim Giudice, Elizabeth Carr, Kaitlin Cottle, Larry Parker, Conrad Garcia, Speaker Pollard and Elizabeth Chapman.
