Corporate Attorney B.D. “Robert” Lindsey, II Joins Williams Mullen in Raleigh

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Robert Lindsey has joined the firm as an associate in the Corporate Section. He will be based in the firm’s Raleigh office.

Lindsey’s practice focuses on assisting privately held companies as well as public corporations in a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters, including commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions. He has significant experience preparing and reviewing transaction documents including stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, limited guarantees and contribution and exchange agreements.

Lindsey also represents companies in commercial contract matters, such as the drafting and negotiation of license and subscription agreements, distribution agreements, consulting agreements, equipment leases and clinical trial agreements.

Lindsey earned his Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School where he served as the executive editor for the Harvard Business Law Review as well as the Harvard Negotiation Law Review. Robert served as a chairman for the Harvard Association for Law and Business, where he was responsible for helping students learn about in-house counsel roles and opportunities. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland.
