Williams Mullen Represents MASA Corporation in Strategic Sale to Riverside Packaging
The MASA Corporation (MASA) has announced the sale of its remaining business units – the contract packaging and packaging equipment, supplies and facility maintenance consumables businesses – to Riverside Packaging, LLC.
Williams Mullen represented MASA in the transaction with a corporate deal team based out of the firm’s Virginia Beach office led by John Paris, Pat Tomlinson, Nick Vretakis and Emily Baker. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Anna Derewenda and Philip Delano; on finance and real estate matters by Mike Kelly and Tyler Rosa; on employee benefits and compensation matters by Marc Purintun; on labor and employment matters by Amanda Weaver; and on intellectual property matters by Courtney Reigel.
