Williams Mullen Adds New Corporate Associate in Charlottesville

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Claire Gross has joined the Corporate Section in the firm’s Charlottesville office.

Gross assists companies and small businesses throughout their lifecycle, including entity formation, corporate governance, general business planning, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and dissolution. She also reviews and negotiates commercial contracts for a wide range of companies across a variety of industries. In addition, Gross has experience representing corporate clients on commercial real estate and land use matters, including the financing, acquisition, leasing and development of properties in the healthcare and renewable energy industries. 

Gross earned her Juris Doctor degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree, with distinction, from the University of Virginia.
