Williams Mullen Welcomes Labor and Employment Attorney Amanda Weaver

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Amanda Weaver has joined the firm as an Associate in the firm’s Labor and Employment section. She will be working out of the Richmond office.
 
Ms. Weaver can help advise businesses on compliance with various state and federal laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII, and the Family Medical Leave Act. She can also provide counsel related to human resource matters, including drafting Employment Agreements and restrictive covenants.
 
Ms. Weaver first worked for Williams Mullen as a summer associate in 2013. She earned her J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude and was a member a member of the University of Richmond Law Review, the Moot Court Board, and the Trial Advocacy Board, as well as the McNeill Law Society. Amanda also earned a B.A in Art History and German Studies from Duke University.
